This project involved transforming an interior space into an elegant, modern skincare and aesthetics clinic designed for comfort, functionality, and a premium client experience. The renovation included complete interior upgrades, new flooring installation, bespoke cabinetry, and the integration of specialised treatment fixtures and lighting. Warm wood tones were combined with soft neutrals, gold accents, and high-end finishes to create a calm, luxurious atmosphere throughout the treatment rooms and reception area. Custom shelving, built-in storage, and clinical workstations were installed to support efficient workflows while maintaining a clean and organised environment. The final result is a refined, welcoming clinic that balances aesthetic appeal with practical design — providing an ideal setting for professional skincare treatments and exceptional client care.

Located in the heart of Gants Hill, this project showcases the full transformation of a detached bungalow into two elegant four-bedroom semi-detached homes, designed to meet modern living standards while respecting the architectural context of the surrounding neighbourhood. The development maximises the site’s potential, introducing two spacious family homes featuring contemporary layouts, generous natural light, and high-quality materials throughout. Despite the complexity of converting a single bungalow plot into two fully compliant residential units, the project was completed in an impressive six-month timeframe, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency, precision, and seamless project coordination.
