Whalebone Lane South, Dagenham
IN PROGRESS
This project is currently in progress and involves the full refurbishment of an existing property. Initial works include removing outdated finishes, stripping damaged wallpaper and flooring, and preparing the rooms for re-plastering and renovation. The bathroom area is being cleared for a complete update with modern fixtures and improved layout.
Throughout the property, surfaces are being stripped back to expose the underlying structure, allowing for essential repairs and preparation before new installations begin. These early stages set the foundation for a full transformation, leading to a refreshed, functional, and modern living environment once completed.

Blenheim
IN PROGRESS
This project involved extensive structural renovation and a full internal strip-out to prepare the property for complete redevelopment. The works began with the removal of old finishes, ceilings, and non-structural elements, exposing the original framework and allowing for essential strengthening and reconfiguration.
Significant structural upgrades were carried out, including the construction of new blockwork walls, installation of new timber framing, and a full roof rebuild with modern trusses. The property received comprehensive insulation work throughout, with new thermal boards installed across ceilings and walls to improve energy performance.
The internal areas were fully opened up to create a clean foundation for future layouts, supported by new framing, electrical preparation, and improved structural integrity. Externally, scaffolding and brickwork adjustments were completed to support the new roofline and overall refurbishment.
The result is a fully stabilised and structurally renewed building shell, ready for the next stages of construction — from internal layouts to final finishing.
