Cip Construction has commenced a new residential construction project on Nelwyn Avenue, Hornchurch. The works include the initial building phase, setting the foundation for a high-quality property development.

This project is currently in progress and involves the full refurbishment of an existing property. Initial works include removing outdated finishes, stripping damaged wallpaper and flooring, and preparing the rooms for re-plastering and renovation. The bathroom area is being cleared for a complete update with modern fixtures and improved layout. Throughout the property, surfaces are being stripped back to expose the underlying structure, allowing for essential repairs and preparation before new installations begin. These early stages set the foundation for a full transformation, leading to a refreshed, functional, and modern living environment once completed.
