Grays Garden

This project focused on a full garden refurbishment, transforming an outdated outdoor space into a landscaped, functional, and visually appealing garden. Works included clearing existing materials, reshaping ground levels, and constructing defined pathways using decorative stones and stepping features. Raised planting areas and circular features were rebuilt to create structure and balance within the layout. The garden was further enhanced with new turf, improved soil preparation, and clean edging for a polished finish.

This full house refurbishment transformed the property into a modern, comfortable, and energy-efficient home. The project included raising the ceiling height to 2.7 metres, constructing both front and rear extensions, and installing a completely new roof with bespoke detailing throughout. Alongside upgraded interiors and improved structural elements, the result is a refreshed living space designed to meet today’s lifestyle standards with style and durability.

This project is currently in progress and involves the full refurbishment of an existing property. Initial works include removing outdated finishes, stripping damaged wallpaper and flooring, and preparing the rooms for re-plastering and renovation. The bathroom area is being cleared for a complete update with modern fixtures and improved layout. Throughout the property, surfaces are being stripped back to expose the underlying structure, allowing for essential repairs and preparation before new installations begin. These early stages set the foundation for a full transformation, leading to a refreshed, functional, and modern living environment once completed.
